official platforms, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully
before making a purchase. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and smooth experience for
every customer.

We are not responsible for orders placed through any unofficial or unverified channels.
Order Policy
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. An order is considered formally placed only after:
- You receive a confirmation message from our team, AND
- The applicable advance token payment has been received
Advance Token Payment (COD Orders)
To confirm a Cash on Delivery order, a non-refundable advance token is required at the time of order
placement. The token amount varies by product and will be communicated at the time of order. This token:
- Confirms your order and reserves the product exclusively for you
- Is deducted from your total payable amount upon delivery
- Ensures smooth, timely, and dedicated order processing
- Orders without a confirmed token payment will not be processed or dispatched.
Pricing Policy
The price at which your order is confirmed is the price you pay — no exceptions. Zawah Clothing guarantees that prices will not increase after your order is confirmed, and any promotions active at the time of your order will be honored.
Delivery Policy
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days from the date
of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or public holidays
- You will be notified once your order is dispatched
- Ensure your phone is reachable during the delivery window
- Zawah Clothing is not liable for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
Exchange Policy
- No returns or refunds are offered under any circumstances
- Exchange is available if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp with photographic proof
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained
- Exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
At Zawah Clothing, every order is prepared with care and dedication from the moment it is confirmed. Out of respect for that commitment — and yours — we hold a firm no-cancellation policy.
Once an order is confirmed via WhatsApp message and the advance token has been received, the order enters our fulfillment process immediately and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We encourage all customers to review product details carefully, confirm size and color, and reach out with any
queries before placing an order.
Please note that accounts with a history of repeated cancellation attempts may have their future COD privileges restricted at Zawah Clothing’s sole discretion.
Product Accuracy Guarantee
Zawah Clothing guarantees 100% accurate product representation — colors, fabric, and quality as displayed. If any product received does not match the described standard, a free exchange will be provided immediately.
Slight color variations due to screen display differences are normal and do not qualify as inaccuracy.
Intellectual Property
All content on zawahstore.com — including the Zawah Clothing name, logo, Arabic calligraphy mark, product images, descriptions, and design — is the exclusive property of Zawah Clothing. Unauthorized reproduction or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,
including:
- Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002
- Consumer Protection Act 2019
- Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016
- Pakistan E-Commerce Policy Framework
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
